Dr. Ramos brings two decades of surgical experience as well as academic training to Careaga Plastic Surgery. Dr. Ramos conducted clinical research at Cleveland Clinic Florida and the University of Iowa, followed by advanced surgical training at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics. He later completed his Integrated Plastic Surgery Residency at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, where he received comprehensive training in both reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery. With more than 20 research publications and presentations to his credit, Dr. Ramos is recognized for combining scientific rigor, technical precision, and artistic vision to deliver natural-looking results. He earned his medical degree from the Central University of Venezuela School of Medicine in Caracas, where he also completed general and trauma surgery training.
