These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Haute Design Network ("Service"), operated by Haute Living. By using the Service or applying for membership, you agree to these Terms.

Membership

Membership is by application and editorial review. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Approved members agree to maintain accurate profile information and conduct business in a professional manner consistent with Haute Living's editorial standards.

Fees & Refunds

Membership fees are billed annually as disclosed at checkout. If your application is not approved during the editorial review window, payment is fully refunded. After approval, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Editorial Content

Editorial features are produced by Haute Living's editorial team. Members may submit project information for consideration but the final content, style, and headline are at the editor's discretion. Haute Living retains all rights to published editorial content.

Member Conduct

Members agree not to misrepresent credentials, infringe intellectual property, or upload content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes the rights of others. Haute Design Network may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All site content, logos, branding, and editorial materials are the property of Haute Living or its licensors. Members grant Haute Living a license to use submitted photos and materials for promotional and editorial purposes related to their membership.

Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haute Living disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
