Shannon McLin, B.C.S. founded Florida Appeals in 2019 after founding The Carlyle Appellate Law Firm in 1997 and practicing there for over 20 years. While Florida Appeals has offices in Orlando, Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale, and The Villages, remote video technology enables the firm to advise lawyers and their clients cost-effectively across Florida—from Pensacola to the Florida Keys.
