Terms of Service

    Effective Date: January 1, 2025

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Haute Wealth Network, operated by Haute Living Media Group, Inc. ("Haute Living," "we," or "us"). By applying for or maintaining membership, you agree to the following terms.

    Membership

    • All Haute Wealth memberships are billed annually.
    • Membership tiers include Silver ($2,000/year), Gold ($3,000/year), and Platinum ($7,500/year).
    • Benefits activate from day one of approval and are delivered according to the selected tier.
    • Memberships renew automatically each year unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

    Refund Policy

    If your application is not approved for any reason, your membership fee will be fully refunded within 3–5 business days. No questions asked, no fees kept.

    Haute Wealth Advisor Obligations

    • Haute Wealth Advisors agree to provide accurate and current professional information for their directory profile and editorial features.
    • Haute Wealth Advisors are responsible for ensuring that all credentials, practice area designations, and biographical details are truthful and up to date.
    • Haute Wealth Advisors agree not to misrepresent their affiliation with the Haute Wealth Network.

    Revocation of Membership

    Haute Living reserves the right to revoke membership at any time for ethical violations, misrepresentation of credentials, conduct that damages the reputation of the network, or any violation of these Terms. In such cases, a prorated refund may be issued at Haute Living's discretion.

    Intellectual Property

    All editorial content, including feature articles and media assets created by Haute Living's editorial team, remains the intellectual property of Haute Living Media Group, Inc. Haute Wealth Advisors are granted a non-exclusive license to share and reference their editorial features for personal professional promotion.
