Natasha Belon

Natasha Belon founded Lotus Law PLLC to provide comprehensive legal services to serial entrepreneurs and real estate investors. Based in Denver, Colorado, she serves as the firm's managing attorney and concentrates her practice on complex real estate transactions, real estate development, investments, and financing.

Natasha advises clients on commercial real estate purchase and sales, traditional lender financing, creative financing, and commercial leasing. Her real estate work spans the full lifecycle of a transaction, from acquisition through development and financing.

In addition to her real estate practice, Natasha counsels clients in areas of startups, entity formations, corporate governance, non-profit organizations, commercial contracts, and business purchase and sales. Through the firm, that business practice includes forming limited liability companies and corporations, completing annual filings and preparing meeting minutes, advising on partner, member, and shareholder relations, handling mergers and acquisitions, structuring partner buyouts and succession planning, drafting commercial and employment agreements, and filing USPTO trademark registrations.

Natasha offers legal expertise based on a decade of experience in corporate and commercial real estate law in both private practice and in-house settings. That combination of perspectives shapes how she helps enterprises pursue sustained growth and compliance in Denver's dynamic market.

Natasha earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Washington State University, Vancouver, and her Juris Doctor from Willamette University School of Law, where she served as an editor of the Willamette Law Review. She is admitted to practice in Washington and Colorado, and she also speaks Russian.
