Curium Test Rocco Cozza

Rocco E. Cozza is the Founder and Managing Partner of Cozza Law Group PLLC, a boutique business law firm based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with additional offices in New York and Nashville. Admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 2003 (Attorney ID 91669), he has practiced law for more than two decades, focusing on business law, estate planning, and asset protection. His work includes entity formation, contract negotiation, commercial transactions and disputes, mergers and acquisitions, employment matters, intellectual property protection, and outside general counsel services. He also advises entertainers, athletes, artists, and the companies that represent them on industry-specific legal needs. Cozza earned his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law, where he served as a Recent Decisions Editor for the Duquesne Law Review, an M.B.A. from Waynesburg University, and a B.A. in psychology from Washington & Jefferson College. He is also a licensed Pennsylvania title agent and co-founder of 24-7 Settlement Services, LLC. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
