Federally, he is admitted to the United States Courts for the Central District of California, the District of Colorado, the Southern District of Texas, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He is competent to represent clients in Section 332 proceedings before the International Trade Commission and in other corporate alternative dispute forums, such as Amazon's APEX procedure or ICANN's Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution procedure.
In the last couple of years, he has successfully settled several copyright infringement claims out of court, arbitrated an eight hundred thousand dollar judgment in favor of his client at the American Arbitration Association, and succeeded in winning a significant judgment over extensive trademark fraud.
