BIO  Joy Triglia, Broker/Owner
 
Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale; Joy began building her successful savvy Real Estate career at the age of 18 selling million dollar estates along the waterfront.  In the beginning her eagerness to learn catapulted her above and beyond what anyone would expect from a young agent.  Now at the age of 45 with a client base and sales record unparalleled by many Joy has earned the reputation as an expert in the Fort Lauderdale Luxury Real Estate market.

LANCE ZEREGA, Broker Associate
 
As a Fort Lauderdale native Lance immediately began a long time love of the wonderful city.  Moving to New England as a child allowed him to discover and appreciate a very different environment which he grew fond of; although by February that fondness waned until June.

After high school he joined the US Army as a military policeman.  This experience allowed him to live and travel to other exciting places around the world.

While a student a Suffolk University he began his career as a real estate agent on Boston’s Beacon Hill selling and renting properties in Boston proper.  Real estate proved to be a lucrative part-time job while a student.  Real estate quickly became his passion. Lance has 25 years of real estate expertise, millions of dollars in home sales, and brings a strong honest commitment to customers and clients alike.

Having a deep knowledge of the Real Estate Market Lance's affability has transformed many of his clients into friends, who have enriched and strengthened his bond to the Fort Lauderdale Luxury market.  Lance's Enthusiasm, Integrity, Diligence, Work Ethic, and Negotiation skills have well served his Buyer and Seller clients over the many years in Luxury sales.
