Thomas Keller, chef of the popular restaurant Ad Hoc, is taking his talents to New York City. This Father’s Day, Sunday, June 17, for one day only, the Bouchon Café in the Time Warner Center will be serving the chef’s delicious fried chicken.
Brunch will be available from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and for $38 a person your family can enjoy the nationally known fried chicken and an entire brunch spread. The menu includes asparagus salad with a poached egg, a leek bread pudding, celery-root remoulade and cornbread. Dessert will be blueberry pie with buttermilk ice cream.
