Haute 100 San Francisco Update: Charles Phan to Participate in 2012 Pebble Beach Food & Wine
The 2012 Pebble Beach Food & Wine festival will play host to Charles Phan, owner and head chef of The Slanted Door in San Francisco.
The annual culinary gathering held in Carmel, California will feature over 50 A-list chefs who will serve up to 7,000 hungry attendees. Aside from delectable meals, chefs will offer various food inclusive seminars related to their individual expertise in cuisine.
Chef Phan will join celebrity chef Roy Yamaguchi and Sang Yoon of Los Angeles’ Father’s Office, to take a look at how Asian influences on cuisine have evolved over time. The festival will run from April 12th to the 15th.
