Haute 100 New York Update: Amar’e Stoudemire Returns Tonight
After a break from the NBA to mourn the loss of his brother in Florida, Haute 100 lister and New York Knick Amar’e Stoudemire returns to the court tonight. Tip off is at 7pm tonight in Toronto.
In Stoudemire’s absence (which coincided with Carmelo Anthony being out for an injury) Jeremy Lin has emerged as the team’s leader. Hot off five straight wins and with Stoudemire back in action, tonight, Knicks fans have every reason to believe that they might just repeat the three-peat.

Haute 100 lister Ralph Lauren presented his Fall 2012 collection yesterday at New York Fashion Week. Ralph Lauren, known for his iconic classic style did not disappoint, with an obvious inspiration for the line coming from English countryside wares. Right on trend, many of the pieces have masculine silhouettes –particularly the three piece suits worn with flat-caps and bowlers. Other showcases included smoking jackets worn over wide-legged trousers with crocodile boots, and chalk-stripe suits paired with structured crocodile handbags. What do Haute 100 lister Anna Wintour, Sen. Kristin Gillibrand and designer Prabal Gurung all have in common? They all sat front row at Haute 100 lister Carolina Herrera’s Monday Fall 2012 runway show and sang her praises. Gurung, who also counts Herrera as a mentor, described himself as “in awe” of what Herrera has done with her brand. Ever-chic and sophisticated, Haute 100 lister Diane Von Furstenberg rolled out the black carpet for her Fall 2012 designs. One of the most anticipated shows of Fashion Week, the invite to yesterday’s show came in the shape of puzzle pieces and the runway also had large mirrored puzzle pieces dispersed throughout. The motif continued throughout the show with a blouse, pants and a pink dress showcasing the puzzle pattern. Beyoncé, just one month after giving birth to daughter Blue Ivy Carter, stepped out to support her husband Jay-Z. As mentioned in yesterday’s update, spectacular shows at Carnegie Hall on Monday and Tuesday nights. In her first public appearance since giving birth, Beyoncé looked beautiful in a sparkling and body hugging Monique Lhuillier dress, Gucci shoes and a Chanel handbag. Jay-Z’s momentum just keeps gaining. We can’t help but post about this talented new fathers endeavors once again. In early December, Haute 100 lister Jay-Z announced two consecutive performances at Carnegie Hall, which would serve as fundraisers for his non-profit, the Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation, and the United Way of New York City. This week–on Monday night and again on Tuesday night, Jay-Z performed with a 30 plus-member orchestra and a band.
