If you still haven’t stopped by Latin tapas restaurant, Sra Martinez, today will be your last day to sample their savory dishes.
After years of success, Haute 100 Miami lister Michelle Bernstein and husband and partner David Martinez have decided to close it.
“We have loved our time at Sra. [Martinez] and are really proud of the food we served and the moments we shared with our customers,” said Bernstein. “The fact of the matter is we really want to spend more time with our son, Zachary, as well as focus on several new projects in the works that we’re very excited about.”
In celebration of its final day in service, the restaurant will not be serving its original menu. Bernstein will cook “from the heart and of the menu” and include “surprise dishes and a mix of classic dishes, we want to give people a meal at Sra. they won’t forget,” said Bernstein.
