Wolfgang Puck is renovating yet another one of his eateries this summer.
Not only has he shut the doors of his haute LA restaurant Spago, but he’s now turning his low-key Wolfgang Puck Express chain into fancy sit-down restaurants.
The WPE inside LAX’s Terminal 7 is already serving food now but will officially have its grand opening on September 13.
The Los Angeles airport establishment is the first of its kind to have a full-service, sit-down dining room with a grander menu and full bar.
Other additions include a self-order kiosk and a new rustic design that promises to exceed “what’s typically expected in an airport setting,” according to a press release.
