Haute 100 LA Update: Shonda Rhimes to Produce New Drama for NBC
Shonda Rhimes is bringing her golden touch to yet another drama for NBC.
Along with Betsy Beers, the Grey’s Anatomy creator will produce a new series based on Debra Driza’s upcoming science fiction novel “MILA 2.0”
The young adult novel is described as “a thriller about a young woman who discovers that she’s a Mobile Intel Life-like Android, or MILA, an experiment in artificial intelligence created by the U.S. government and her scientist mother who kidnapped her when she was found to have human emotions.”
