Leonardo DiCaprio has become an equity investor in the environmentally friendly Fisker Automotive company.

With this new partnership, the Inception star will feature in the car manufacturer’s future plans for the advancement of sustainable vehicle and support his own charity, the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation.

Of this venture, DiCaprio said: “My foundation supports efforts to secure a sustainable future for our planet and all its inhabitants. I am delighted to be working with Fisker Automotive to promote this shared vision.”

He currently drives a Fisker Karma luxury electric vehicle, which has a price tag of $95,000.
