Though he typically shies away from media attention, David Geffen will soon be in the spotlight as the subject of American Masters.
PBS recently announced that its documentary series will feature the billionaire mogul on November 20.
According to a press release, the two-hour episode entitled American Masters Inventing David Geffen will take a look at the “groundbreaking media mogul who helped shape American popular culture for the past four decades as an agent, manager, record industry titan, Hollywood and Broadway producer, and billionaire philanthropist.”
Yoko Ono, Cher, Stephen Spielberg, Barry Diller and Rahm Emanuel have been interviewed for the piece.
