Haute 100 LA Update: Antonio Villaraigosa Wants to Be Governor of California
He has no intention of running for President, but Antonio Villaraigosa does have another political office in mind after his term is up in 2013.
The Mayor says he would like to be the governor of California.
He told Yahoo! News: “The job I’ve said to people I would like is I would like to be governor of the state of California.”
He was expected to campaign for the position in 2010, but chose not to, citing unfinished business as mayor for his decision.
