Amangiri, ‘peaceful mountain’, is located on 243 hectares (600 acres) in southern Utah in the middle of the Grand Circle of National Parks. The resort location offers easy access to such natural icons as Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Zion National Parks, to name a few. The resort is a 25-minute drive from the nearest town of Page, Arizona, a 20-minute drive from the Colorado River and a 15-minute drive to the shores of Lake Powell. Amangiri has 34 suites that are located in one of two wings: The Desert Wing (the suites in which have views of the desert plateau) and the Mesa Wing (the suites in which have views of the 165-million-year-old rock mesa that surrounds one side of the property).  Amangiri offers an extensive outdoor adventure program which includes hiking, horseback riding, rock climbing and via ferrata, boating trips on Lake Powell, rafting excursions and fly fishing on the Colorado River, scenic aerial flights and hot air balloon flights, and privately guided day trips to the nearby national parks.
