This Memorial Day weekend, take a break from the barbecues and yachts to stop by South Beach’s Acqualina Resort & Spa for its inaugural Wellness Expo on Monday, May 30.

The resort, which recently celebrated its five-year anniversary, will host enlightening exhibits from local wellness experts, including Sobe Spine, YOGIIZA, Mind Body Weight Loss, Miami Acupuncture, Anti-Aging Clinic, Elite Hypnotherapy, Aqquatix USA, and Acqualina Spa by ESPA. Guests will learn about the benefits of yoga, health foods including a booth offering creative raw and vegan cuisine, organic products, and a holistic lifestyle. From 1 – 3 p.m., guests are invited to participate in the 108 Sun Salutations class sponsored by YOGIIZA.
