Rachel Hansen has a lifelong connection to the Roaring Fork Valley, having spent her childhood visiting Aspen and creating lasting memories in the mountains she now proudly calls home. In 2008, she made Aspen her permanent residence, drawn by its natural beauty, vibrant community, and unparalleled lifestyle.

Deeply passionate about real estate and the people she serves, Rachel brings a warm, personal approach to every client relationship. As a local resident and mother raising two children in the valley, she understands firsthand what makes Aspen such a special place to live. Meet Reid

Born and raised in Aspen, Reid Hansen brings a unique sense of pride, insight, and expertise to the local real estate market. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, Reid returned to his hometown to pursue his career. He has been practicing real estate in the Roaring Fork Valley and Denver Metro area since 2007, while also working with one of Aspen’s most respected custom home builders, Hansen Construction.

Through his extensive experience in high-end residential construction, Reid has developed a deep understanding of luxury home building, including construction quality, systems, and cost analysis. His background allows him to offer clients invaluable perspective—particularly when evaluating new construction, redevelopment opportunities, or complex properties. Known for his diligence, integrity, and market knowledge, Reid is committed to guiding clients through Aspen’s ever-evolving real estate landscape with clarity and confidence.

Rachel and Reid live in Snowmass Village with their two children and share a deep appreciation for the outdoor lifestyle Aspen is known for. When they’re not working with clients, they enjoy skiing, mountain biking, golfing, playing hockey, and spending quality time together as a family.
