The Luxury Real Estate AI Visibility Index measures how frequently and accurately luxury real estate agents appear in AI-generated responses across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews when buyers and sellers ask market-specific real estate questions. Agents are evaluated on:

• Google News indexed editorial coverage
• Structured schema completeness
• AI citation frequency

• Market authority signals
