De GRISOGONO Celebrates its 10th Year in Cannes

This year, haute jewelry, watch, and accessory mogul, de GRISOGONO, celebrates its decade-long reign at the most prestigious event in the film industry.  On Tuesday night, the famed brand partnered with Eden Roc for a tenth time to host a celebrity bash of mercurial proportions at the Cannes Film Festival.

Fawaz Gruosi, founder and president of de GRISOGONO, has become renowned for his elaborate soirées to emulate the eccentricity of his coruscating collections. For last night’s event he chose to set the Cap d’Antibes on fire with a “Bohemian Glam” theme. Eight hundred hand-picked guests participated in the scintillating night, an annual event which has become a must-do during the festival.

Famous faces amongst the throng of exclusive attendees included Lionel Richie, Bianca Balti, Adriana Karembeu, Karolina Kurkova, Rob Lowe, Emmanuel de Savoie and his wife Clotilde Coureau, and music guru Quincy Jones, all steadfast supporters of the brand who were bedecked in their pieces. Guests were instantly immersed into the Bohemian atmosphere complete with a carpet lined with candles and flaming torches. Guests sipped on specialty cocktails while getting the chance to browse the latest de GRISOGONO collections.

The enthralling evening was bombarded by fire-filled surprises and special performances by The Black Eyed Peas accompanied by the Gold Singers and  Tonino & the Gipsies. A giant birthday cake toting ten candles were blown out by none other than Gruosi in the company of his loyal friends.

De GRISOGONO’s newest and ultimate venture came by way of a customized Maybach in honor of its tenth year at Cannes, unveiled by Gruosi alongside Patrick Marinoff, CEO of the prestigious Maybach car manufacturer and ten flawless models. The luxury ride featured Fawaz Gruosi’s initials engraved in black diamonds on the leather upholstery of its rear armrest, dashboard counters rimmed with white diamonds, as well as the signature de GRISOGONO scrolled motif on the car’s veneer trim.

The evening came to a close with a dedicated display of pyrotechnics that illuminated the French noir skies above the Croisette with stunning brilliance—an epitome of de GRISOGONO’s long-standing and successful legacy.
