Originally from San Diego, California—Aaron relocated to New York City initially to make his mark in the music industry. He quickly made a name for himself and started managing platinum artists for Queen Latifah's management company, Flavor Unit before moving to Virgin Records where he Executive Produced A-list projects. During that span, Aaron gained invaluable experience as a manager, producer and dealmaker. With as much success as Aaron enjoyed in music, it was his long-held desire to become a developer, and add to New York City’s iconic skyline, that prompted him to transition into real estate.
