With the rising popularity of food trucks, the next obvious transition is restaurants featuring street fare on their regular menus. At Dos Caminos, that meant an entire cookbook dedicated to Mexican street fare. Plain and simple, Diets stink and that is why I do not believe in them. I believe in the choice of a healthy lifestyle, which is not that trying of an obstacle to overcome, but it requires changes and smart decisions.
