Dining out is quite fashionable, but the way in which we do so has changes a lot over the past few years. We still appreciate a good bottle of Bordeaux or a melt-in-your-mouth slice of (humanely and sustainably raised, of course) foie gras, but we foodies are getting back to our roots.
