Benjamin Franklin once said, "Wine is a constant proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy." Oh how true. Sharon Hage's reputable little bistro (and I mean tiny, so getting a reso on the weekends can be very difficult) is shyly nestled behind a gas station in the Lakewood neighborhood, a blink-and-you'll-miss-it locale that keeps the clientele mostly Dallasites.
