Google CEO Larry Page rejoices as the platform’s social media network Google+ hits 90 million users. In October, they estimated Google+ was at 40 million users. Three months later, the network’s user base more than doubled.
“By building a meaningful relationship with our users through Google+ we will create amazing experiences across our services,” said Page. “I’m very excited about what we can do in 2012 – there are tremendous opportunities to help users and grow our business.”
Experian Hitwise expects Google+ to hit 400 million users by year-end.
