Haute 100 NY Update: Jay And Beyonce’s $400K Hamptons Rental Includes Just About Everything
Jay-Z and Beyonce have reportedly dropped $400,000 to spend August in a 31,500-square-foot Bridgehampton estate with their six-month-old daughter Blue Ivy. The Halsey Lane home is on the market for $43.5 million. The endless list of amenities includes a two-lane bowling alley, rock climbing wall, half pipe, 60-foot pool, recording studio and eight-car garage.
Known as “The Sandcastle” and completed by star developer Joe Farrell in 2009, the house has a 2,800 master bedroom suite. As impressive as the price tag is, it falls short of the half-billion dollars spent by direct marketing maven Cheryl Mercuris for a mere two weeks at the same address in 2010.
