Under his leadership, Dezer Properties has formed a monopoly over luxury development in New York, Las Vegas, and Miami by managing more than 1,000 oceanfront hotels. They are currently developing the Trump Grande Ocean Resort & Residence in Sunny Isles Beach and own an additional 45 acres in Sunny Isles which translates to eight additional oceanfront sites that the company can develop. Recently, the Dezer’s and partner Donald Trump hosted a fete at the Sunny Isles property to “burn” the bank loan, sharing the news that they were paid in full.
