Haute 100 New York Update: Tommy Hilfiger Gave Nicki Minaj a $32,000 Rolex for Being His Met Gala Date
Fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger gave popstar Nicki Minaj a $32,000 Rolex to thank her for wearing his gown and sitting at his table during the Met Ball.
“Oh gee, thx Tommy,” Minaj jokingly posted on Twitter alongside a photo of the coveted Rolex Oyster 41 watch in Everose gold.
Hilfiger also outfitted Zooey Deschanel, Debbie Harry, Lily Aldridge, and Kings of Leon-frontman Caleb Followill for the chic event, though it’s unclear if they all received such over-the-tops gifts.
