He’s CEO of The ONE Group, the hospitality management company that is responsible for some of NYC’s hottest restaurants, nightclubs, and hotels including STK, The Collective, and Tenjune. Segal continues to expand his empire in Manhattan with the opening of Gansevoort Park Avenue and its newly opened Ristorante Asellina.

Though the drama of the Cipriani elders lingers, the young heirs to the empire have already shown determination to take on the family business. This year alone, they have helped open Cipriani 42nd Street and Club 55, along with the newest Cipriani location in Abu Dhabi.
