He’s the founding partner of Innovative Dining Group, the restaurant group responsible for Katana, Sushi Roku, and Boa Steakhouse. The ever-expanding company just recently opened the newest Hollywood hotspot, Delphine, a French brasserie, and The Living Room and Station Hollywood bars at the new W Hotel on Hollywood Boulevard.

While Michael is the brains behind the Mr. Chow name, Eva is the beauty who decides how each of the restaurants is designed. Together, they opened their new Malibu outpost of the haute eatery just in time for New Year’s Day. She also co-chairs LACMA’s annual Art + Film gala alongside Leonardo DiCaprio.
