He’s the co-founder of the Hard Rock Cafe and sold the Las Vegas Hard Rock Hotel to New York-based Morgans Hotel Group for $770 million. His father is the founder of Morton’s, The Steakhouse, and his son, Harry, is behind the interestingly named Pink Taco chain.

The celebrity chef and restaurateur is known for his Japanese fusion cuisine that is the genius behind the Nobu, Matsuhisa, and Ubon restaurants, which can be found around the globe.

He’s the founder and CEO of the exclusive Soho House, which opened its newest location in West Hollywood earlier this year.
