Table With A View: Hotel Opens Victor Café

Ocean Drive icon, Hotel Victor, is opening its doors to Victor Café – a Mediterranean bistro from the Bice family. Featuring new patio and street-side seating, as well as indoor restaurant space, this upscale eatery offers a central spot to dine and take in the people and scenery of Ocean Drive.

The menu, created by Executive Chef Julian Baker who has opened Bice restaurants around the world, offers a selection of classic pasta dishes, salads and sandwiches along with decadent entrees such as Atlantic Salmon bathed in a Mushroom & Bok Choy Teriyaki Broth and Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Red Wine Mushroom Sauce and Spinach & Creamed Potatoes. For something lighter, diners can opt for a sunset cocktail and small bites such as Prosciutto di Parma, Ahi Tuna Tartar or Beef Carpaccio.

Victor Café offers a central, al fresco spot for a casual brunch steps from the beach, as well as an intimate, indoor setting for a romantic dinner. They will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, from 7 to 1 a.m., seven days a week.
