Melgard Public House Soft Opens This Weekend

Sometimes even the chicest among us have to take off the heels, leave the cocktail rings at home, and order up some beer and pizza.  Taking over the Louise’s Trattoria space on Melrose Ave, Melgard Public House is set to soft-open this Saturday offering a casual menu of burgers, fish and chips, pizza, macaroni and cheese, and over twenty draft beers.  From restaurateur Franck Alix, of Agave Tequila House and Third Stop, Melgard Public House promises a pretension-free atmosphere and a happy hour that includes a free pizza with your discounted beer. You can look forward to no-fuss brunches at the weekend as well as flat screen TVs set to play all kinds of sports.

So wipe the red lipstick off and put on those boyfriend jeans and Converse – its time to relax into a booth and enjoy some good old fashioned pub food.
