House favorites include the Pizza Bianca, which is a white pizza made with sautéed spinach, bresaola, sottocenere cheese, and truffle oil. The Pizza alla Crema Bianca is as original as it is fantastic and is topped with ingredients such as Norwegian smoked salmon, onions, capers, crème fraiche, and American caviar.
