Madonna Lists Beverly Hills Mansion For $22.5 Million

Madonna, the Queen of Pop, has officially listed her Beverly Hills estate on the open market for $22.5 Million for the first time, after she pocket-listed the Sunset Boulevard property sometime last year. According to the listing, the spacious recently remodeled home includes nine-bedrooms, fifteen bathrooms, two guest houses, a gym, assistant offices, a tennis court, a two story dining room, large kitchen/breakfast room, den, two living/reception rooms, a jr dining room, a resort pool and a full size screening room/theatre, all on 1.17 acres of land, but that’s not all, the enormous property comes equipped with a 500-foot driveway.
