In the annual wealth rating, compiled by Finance magazine, was revealed that Chelsea FC owner Roman Abramovich is no longer in the top-three of Russia’s richest people.
But Moscow remains awashed with money. According to an annual ranking of the country’s richest 500, the wealth levels of Russia’s richest are slowly returning to their pre-crisis level. Russia boasted 114 dollar billionaires at the end of last year, compared to 101 in the pre-crisis year of 2007.
