Sheryl Crow’s Fine Old Compound for Sale at $16M

Sheryl Crow’s home was recently featured in the March 2011 issue of Architectural Digest, so it was only a matter of time before the Wattles Park luxury home showed up on the market for a very impressive asking price.

The 11-acre property located below Runyon Canyon includes three structures: a 1920s Spanish Colonial that features four-bedrooms and three and half-baths; a 1909 Craftsman bungalow that features three bedrooms and three baths and two-bedroom cottage originally built in 1885.

According to the listing, the main structure includes a step-down living room, an outdoor pergola with BBQ and stone fireplace, a wine cellar and a two-story entry leading to a wrought iron staircase, but that’s not all. The spacious property has a resort style infinity pool, hiking trails, canyon pathways, along with campsite, tee pee, a “Brazilian Ironwood bridge,” breathtaking landscaping and a playground.

Currently, the singer has listed the enormous home for $15.95 million.
