Miami Tastemaker Max Pierre Opens Mister Wolfe At Townhouse

Mister Wolfe

The Townhouse hotel is bringing some fresh heat with the opening of a pop-up called Mister Wolfe, a new concept by Max Pierre and Erik Yehezkel, the former nightlife director of FDR who manages a DJ booking agency all but guaranteeing that Mister Wolfe will have the best soundtrack around. Pierre is the owner of Arrive Miami and AE District Concept Gallery and is the CMO of Public School, a contemporary menswear private label. The name came from the character “Winston Wolfe” in Pulp Fiction, the clean up man who gets the boys out of a jam after the accidental in-car shooting.

Given the name and the owners, Mister Wolfe promises to be one if the hippest places to get a bite for some time to come. The twosome has tapped chef Nuno Grullon, a local chef who is passionate about natural food, the owner of Ironside Cafe and responsible for the first all organic menu at Metro Organic Bistro. The menu is made up of small bites like  Shitaki Mushroom Mini-burgers, and skewers with grass-fed beef, free range chicken and wild shrimp. The bar program serves signature cocktails like the Wolfe Bite and Townhouse Secret, along with wine, Champagne and a full bottle list.
