Haute 100 NY Update: Oscar de la Renta To Be Honored By Hillary & Chelsea Clinton
Chelsea and Hillary Clinton traveled to Little Rock, Ark. to host a reception for famed fashion designer Oscar de la Renta on July 8. The event celebrates the “Oscar de la Renta: American Icon” exhibit, which is currently on display at the Clinton Presidential Center.
The display features 30 breathtaking gowns, including those worn to red-carpet events by Jessica Chastain and Sarah Jessica Parker. Clinton has donned de la Renta’s designs numerous times over the past several decades, including her 1997 inaugural ball, her 1998 Vogue cover, her daughter’s wedding in 2010 and the 2002 CFDA Awards.
The exhibit will run until December.
