Actor Mark Wahlberg has listed his Beverly Hills home for $13 million. The 11,500-square-foot estate features an amazing home gym, seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms.

The modern Mediterranean-style mansion was built in 1985 and is located on Oak Pass Road in Beverly Hills, a secure and gated community near Beverly Park. With 11,500 square feet of luxury living space, the property features five bedroom suites in the main house and an additional two-bedroom, two-bathroom guesthouse, which can also be used as a recording studio, according to the listing. The residence also includes a screening room/theater that doubles as a lounge, a putting green, lagoon-style pool with waterfalls and a slide, multiple poolside cabanas, tented lounge areas, a grotto spa, a full-sized basketball court, a 2,500-square-foot, two-floor private fitness facility that is reportedly a converted airport hanger, and much more. Inside the gym you’ll find a professional boxing ring, a state-of-the-art sound system and plenty of workout equipment.

The home, which sits on a 1.73-acre lot, is currently only being shown to pre-qualified buyers.

According to The Huffington Post, Wahlberg purchased the home in 2001 for $4.95 million.
