He explains, “We have a client from LA that comes for Art Basel and she hates traveling with luggage, so we send everything ahead to her downtown condo, and have everything unpacked and hanging in the closet when she arrives.” They will also help globetrotter clients who might have an event in LA bur realize the perfect outfit is in their apartment in Sao Paulo.
