Alec Baldwin and Liza Minnelli Attend Starlight Benefit Gala
Alec Baldwin and Liza Minnelli attended last night’s 8th annual Starlight Benefit Gala, which champions underprivileged rising stars in NYC. At the upmarket Espace venue, Baldwin and Minnelli radiated with joy and excitement at the future talent that the event promises. Accompanied by fellow theatre icons Elaine Stritch and Bernadette Peters, Minnelli gladly posed for pictures.
The Stella by Starlight Benefit Gala raises funds that benefit The Stella Adler Studio of Acting’s programs, including the Stella Adler Outreach Division, which has offered free actor training to more than 5,000 low-income, inner-city youth since 2004. The Stella Adler Studio of Acting has trained thousands of stars, such as the venerable and gifted Marlon Brando, Robert De Niro, Alvin Ailey, Salma Hayek and Benicio del Toro since its genesis in 1949.
