FARM at the Carneros Inn

FARM at the Carneros Inn will serve a family style Mother’s Day Brunch including Main Lobster bisque with tarragon cream, brandy, levain croutons; Hearts of Romaine with local cherries, roasted fennel, Marcona almonds, ricotta salata, bacon vinaigrette; Prime New York with mushroom ragout, spring onions, artichokes, bordelaise; Eggs Benedict with duck confit hash, garden greens, hollandaise; Ahi Tuna with Aleppo chili, peperonata, lemon condimento.
