Haute 100 Update Miami: Adrienne Arsht Founds New Latin America Center

The Atlantic Council  officially launched the Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center at the Leadership Awards dinner last night on May 1. The concept for the new center was funded with a $5 million donation from dedicated philanthropist Adrienne Arsht, and in honor for her generous gift, the center will bear her name.

The opening of the center marks the beginning of a one of a kind project dedicated to forging an effective global partnership of common values and shared interests. “Living in Miami, it became clear to me that there was a need to find a way to integrate the interests of Latin America with Europe and the United States” said Arsht, who resides in New York, Miami and Washington D.C..
