Haute 100 LA Update: Tom Hanks to Host Broadway Benefit
Now that he’s a bonafide Broadway star, it’s only natural that Tom Hanks should host an evening in support of the Great White Way.
The Oscar winner will host Something Wonderful! The Songs of Rodgers & Hammerstein on June 10 at the Broadhurst Theatre in New York City.
The gala is a benefit for the Irish Repertory Theatre. Performances will include songs from Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II from the likes of shows such as Oklahoma!, The Sound of Music, South Pacific, The King and I, Carousel, State Fair and Flower Drum Song.
