Westin Fills Out, Starbucks Arrives in Snowmass

If the arrival of Starbucks in a town is a measurement of success, then Snowmass Village just earned another point. The coffee chain recently opened in the Westin, filling out the hotel’s food and drink offerings and marking the ongoing redevelopment of the resort town located eight miles from Aspen.

The Westin, and adjoining Wildwood, opened in November after a $55 million remodel with five new restaurants and bars including The Ranger Station, serving New Belgium brews; the Snowmass Kitchen, featuring contemporary American cuisine; The Vue, a wine and apres-ski appetizer bar; and the Bar at the Wildwood, also serving New Belgium and tavern-style fare.

The Starbucks in Snowmass is slopeside on the Village Mall. There is also a Starbucks in Aspen’s Gondola Plaza.
