Daniel Boulud invented the gourmet burger. Come taste the original db Bistro sirloin burger stuffed with braised short ribs and foie gras served on a Permesean bun. Sophisticated surroundings make each gourmet bite all the better.

The Harris Ranch Black Angus Burger is house ground and served up on a golden brioche bun. Cool cheese choices like white cheddar, blue cheese make it unique as does house-smoked bacon.

Both the Dilido Beach Club in South Beach and Dune Oceanfront Burger Lounge on Key Biscayne have exceptional burgers like Kobe Beef sliders and crispy fries. But we have to admit, we've never had anything other than an excellent burger at any Ritz around the country.

Burger & Beer Joint is as casual as they come, with picnic tables and a real greasy spoon feel. But for burger selection, they can't be beat with Bison, Ahi Tuna, Angus Beef and Wagyu Burgers. Want the big one? $125 will feed a whole table, but if you finish it yourself in 2 hours, it's on the house.

Micheal Mina's steak spot has, not surprisingly, some of the best burgers in the city. A menu with prime cuts of natural, organic, hormone-free beef, with a separate Bar Burger menu with All-Beef, The Lamburger, Heritage Turkey and Vegetarian Falafel.
