Famed chef Nobu Matsuhisa hosted a pre-opening media breakfast at Nobu Restaurant & Lounge inside his soon-to-open Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace on Friday. The media sampled items off of chef Nobu’s debut in-room dining menu such as Eggs Matsuhisa, “Bagel and Lox” and Green Tea Waffles.
This marks the first time Matsuhisa has created an in-room dining menu.
Lead designer David Rockwell of the Rockwell Group followed the breakfast with a detailed property tour inside the world’s first Nobu Hotel.
